Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) Butter - melted
- 2 TBSP packed Brown Sugar
- Filling:
- 4 pkg Cream Cheese - softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown Sugar - divided 1 and 1/2 cup
- 4 cups Apples - peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Step 1
Crust:
1) Mix Graham Crackers, Butter 2 TBSP Brown Sugar.
2) Press into 13x9 pan lined with foil.
Filling:
1) Beat Cream Cheese, 1 cup Brown Sugar, and Vanilla.
2) Add Sour Cream.
3) Add Eggs 1 at a time while mixing on low speed.
4) Mix 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, Apples, Pecans and Cinnamoninto batter.
5) Pour batter over crust.
6) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes.
7) Cool in Fridge for 4 hours.
