- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 cup crisco or 1/2 cup crisco & 1/2 cup butter
- (for drop flowers make 3 cups)
- 2 TBLS milk or water
- 1 tsp vanilla

for borders & roses - medium consistency - add tsp milk to each cup stiff icing
Thin consistency (icing) Beat 2 tsp milk into 1 cup stiff icing
