Ingredients

  • 1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 24 chicken drummettes (about 2 lbs.)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dressing mix and oil in a large bowl. Add drummettes and toss to coat. Arrange on rack placed in foil lined pan. Bake at 425º for 25 minutes. Turn drummettes and bake an additional 20 minutes.
Spicy Hot Variation: Add 2 TBSP red pepper sauce to dressing mixture before coating.
