Ingredients
- 1 pkg. BOB EVANS Italian Grillin’ Sausage (approximately 5 links)
- 1 c. dried apricot halves
- 8 slices bacon
- 3 TBSP apricot preserves
- 3 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Precook sausage 10 minutes in gently boiling water. Drain and cut into ¾ inch
slices. Alternate sausage and apricots on 8 wooden skewers*. weaving bacon back and forth in ribbon like fashion between them. Grill or broil over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Combine preserves, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire in small bowl. Brush preserves mixture on kabobs; continue grilling, turning and basting frequently, until bacon is cooked through. Refrigerate leftovers. *Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
