Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Lemon, squeezed
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 cup baby spinach leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Put the drained chickpeas into a large mixing bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients with the chickpeas and stir well. Chill before serving.
