Ingredients
- 10 oz can enchilada sauce
- 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can whole cornel corn drained
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 2 chicken breasts
- Sour cream
- Pepper jack cheese
- Fritos

Preparation
Step 1
Boil chicken breast, once boiled remove chicken breast and drain water completely
In same pot add corn, beans, diced pepper, milk, enchilada sauce and cream of chicken
Cook on med/high
Shred chicken and add to pot.
Cook about 10 mins on med/high
Top with sour cream cheese and fritos
