  • 1 – 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1/2 as much water as soup used
  • hamburger
  • onion, dried or fresh
  • salt
  • pepper
  • minute rice, uncooked

Step 1

Mix the soup and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix the other ingredients together and form into balls. Put the meatballs into the soup and cook until they are done. Serve over rice. (This is a Mommy Hill recipe, thus no real measurements – everything is pretty much to taste.)
