Breads: Sour Dough Cinnamon Bread

  • Sour dough mixture

Preparation

Step 1

Stir in raisins when first mixing dough. Let rise.
Punch down, divide, flatten into 2 loaves.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Roll up like jelly roll, seal ends.
Brush top with oil, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mix.
Bake at 350 degrees in a glass loaf pan.
