Sauteed Tilapia Sunset Style

Ingredients
- 4 skinless Tilapia Fillets
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs (or Ritz Cracker Crumbs)
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons wine
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1/2 of a lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1
1. Take your Tilapia Fillets and brush both sides with Dijon mustard generously. Dip fillets in bread crumbs and coat both sides until completely covered. Set a side
2. Non-stick skillet add olive oil. Garlic sauté 1 or 2 minutes low heat. Place fish on skillet sauté 3 minutes flip over. Sprinkle dill, green onion, wine; cook 3 more minutes or until golden brown. Squeeze lemon over fillets. Remove from flame and serve.
