Ingredients

  • Frozen bread dough, either regular or sweetened if you can find it.
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 small package of Cook and Serve Vanilla pudding mix.
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw frozen bread, but do not let it raise. this usually takes around 4 to 5 hours.

Once thawed, form the dough into balls..make sure they are of equal size.

Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray and cover the bottom of the pan with the chopped pecans.
place the dough balls over the pecans.

Melt the butter in a pan along with the brown sugar, milk, dry vanilla pudding mix,and cinnamon.
Stir until smooth.

pour this mixture over the dough.

Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate the rolls until morning.

Next morning..take pan out and bring rolls to room temp.

Preheat oven to 350.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

if top seems to be getting too brown, cover with aluminum foil and continue baking until done.

Turn pan upside down on platter and tap to release rolls.
