Orange Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of self raising flour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Beat sugar, egg yolks, orange juice and oil. Beat for 10 – 15 minutes.

Mix baking powder and flour and fold in batches.

Beat for at least 5 minutes.

Fold in egg whites.


Pour in greased tin and bake at 180º for 40 – 45 minutes.
