Carrot Souffle

Ingredients

  • 2 Sticks butter
  • 4 pounds carrots,
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium heat. Add the carrots and cook until tender. Drain and set aside. Mash carrots

Mix other ingredients and combine with 4 cups of mashed carrots. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamin. Bake 400 degrees for 10 mins then 350 degrees for 40 mins.
