  • ■1/2 C butter, softened
  • ■3/4 C brown sugar
  • ■1 tsp. vanilla
  • ■2 C. flour
  • ■1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ■1/2 cup semisweet mini chocolate morsels
  • ■1 package chocolate candy coating, melted

Step 1

Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until well blended. Gradually add flour, then sweetened condensed milk. Fold in chocolate chips. Roll the dough into 1 1/2″ balls and refrigerate two hours. I had to re-roll my dough before dipping in chocolate because they had flattened slightly.

In a double boiler, melt chocolate candy coating. Dip each dough ball in chocolate and remove with a slotted spoon to a piece of waxed paper. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
