Ingredients
- 1 # Neese's Country Sausage
- 3 C Water
- 3/4 C Grits
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 5 oz Can Evaporated Milk
- 1/4 t Garlic Powder
- 2-3 Dashes Texas Pete
- 2 Large Eggs - Lightly Beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Large Skillet Cook Sausage Crumbled, Drain & Set Aside.
Large Pot Boil Water, Add Grits - Stir, Cover & Reduce Heat 5-6 Minutes.
Add 6 oz Cheese, Milk, Garlic & Texas Pete - Stir Until Cheese is Melted.
Add Sausage & Eggs, Mix Well.
8" Pyrex Sprayed, Add All Ingredients & Bake 350F
30-40 Minutes or Until Bubbly.
Top with Remaining Cheese, Bake 5-10 Minutes or Melted.
Let Cool 3-4 Minutes Before Serving.
