Ingredients
- 1 pkg pita bread
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil or melted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese, packed
Preparation
Step 1
Slice each pita circle into quarters then into thirds (12 slices per circle.
Melt butter and olive oil. Dip each triangle in butter mixture then arrange buttered side up closely together on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese
Broil 5-6 inches from source of heat until bubbly and golden brown. About 3 minutes.
Serve immediately
