Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon white peppercorns
- 1 dried scotch bonnet chile
- 6 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 4 tablespoons onion powder
- 4 tablespoons garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons dried whole oregano
- 4 tablespoons dried whole basil
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons celery seed
Preparation
Step 1
Put the peppercorns, scotch bonnet and paprika in a blender or spice grinder and pulse to pulverize and blend. Place the remaining ingredients in the blender, and run it for 10 seconds to completely pulverize the spices. Place in a sealable container and store
at room temperature.
