Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup (3 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 teaspoon solid shortening (optional)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press mixture on bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool slightly.
In medium bowl, combine eggs, EAGLE BRAND®, coconut and pecans. Pour over partially-baked crust. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until set in center. Cool. Cut into bars.
In small saucepan, melt chocolate chips with shortening (optional). Drizzle over bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
