Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cup Coco
  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 1-1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 1/8 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Put sugar, coco, milk and salt in a sauce pan (Pot). while constantly stirring bring to a boil and ensure that you have a soft ball on your thermometer. Then remove from stove and add vanilla and butter. Sit in ice water and stir until looses its gloss. Add pecans and pecans and put in buttered dish to cool. Cut to serve.
