Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 Cup Butter or Margarine
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Cup Mashed Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (or all white, if preferred)
- 1 1/3 Cups Quick or Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 2/3 Cups Cocoa
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 1/3 Cups Oats
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 4 Tbs. Butter or Margarine
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Step 1
Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy. Blend in banana, eggs, and vanilla. Combine flour, oats, cocoa, soda, and salt and add to mixture, stirring thoroughly. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 35-40 minutes.
