Cookie Frosting

Ingredients

• 4 Cups Icing Powder
• 1 stick unsalted butter
• 5 tbsp Milk
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• Food coloring (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, cream together sugar & shortening until smooth. Gradually mix in milk and vanilla with an electic mixer until smooth and stiff, about 5 minutes. Add food coloring if necessary
