Paprika pork chops

  • Center cut pork chops
  • Chicken broth 3/4 cup
  • Onion/ diced
  • 3 T minced garlic
  • Butter to coat pan
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 3 T smoked Paprika
  • 2 bay leaves



Step 1

Chop onion finely and add garlic to melted butter. Cook until tender. Remove from pan.
Add chops to pan and salt and pepper.
Brown on both sides.
Add bay leaves and chicken broth and simmer covered for 15 min.
Add sour cream and paprika and onions and garlic and simmer on low for 10 min. Broth will thicken.

Add 3/4 cup of chicken broth and bay leaves simmer
