Easter Egg Magic Gooey Bars

Easter Egg Magic Gooey Bars have based of a buttery cookie and topped with chocolate chips, coconut and Reese's eggs. The condensed milk baked on top makes it all ooey - gooey -- and yummy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 bag Reese's pieces eggs
- 1 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add cocoa, salt, and vanilla and mix again until well blended. Beat in eggs one at a time. Gradually mix in flour and baking soda on low speed until well blended. Spread into a greased 9x13" pan and bake for 15 minutes.
When cookie crust is done baking remove from oven and evenly sprinkle with chocolate chips, coconut, and Reese's eggs. Pour condensed milk over the top and bake for 15-20 minutes or until it starts to brown slightly around the edges.
It will be gooey - you want it that way! Cool completely before cutting. Store in a covered container at room temperature.
