- 6 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup hersheys cocoa
- 2 2/3 cup confectionary sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla

cream butter in small mixer bowl. add cocoa and confectionary sugar alternately with milk, beat to spreading consistency. blend in vanilla
