Really easy and good! A favorite shrimp dip from the 60's

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cocktail sauce (or 1/2 cup of ketchup and a Tablespoons or two of horseradish, to taste)
  • Chopped cooked shrimp (4- 6 or 8 ounces)

Preparation

Step 1

Just combine all the ingredients together and chill for 8 hours or more. Let soften at room temp for a little while before serving or it will break the chips. Fritos are perfect and potato chips are great also. It can be adapted with a squirt of lemon or a dash of cayenne.
