Ingredients
- 2 lb. fresh asparagus
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 large red bell pepper - diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Snap off and discard tough ends of asparagus.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus, bell pepper, and remaining ingredients, and saute 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Serve immediately.
