Ingredients
- 1 lb. Haricots verts (tiny green beans) trimmed
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter - melted
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. country-style Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Toss together all ingredients. Spread in a single layer on a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan.
Bake 15-18 minutes or to desired degree of doneness, stirring twice.
