Ingredients
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 3/4 cup salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
- 2 tsp lemon juice, fresh or bottled
- lettuce cups or shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl. Toss to mix.
In small bowl mix salad dressing and lemon juice. Pour over top. Stir to coat well.
Place lettuce on plate. Add portion of salad.
