Frozen Banana Nibblers

Ingredients
- 5 medium ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp. creamy pb
- 2 oz nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Peel 1 banana and mash it with PB and yogurt. Set aside.
2. Peel the other 3 bananas slice into 1/2 inch thick slices. Smear the banana, PB and yogurt mixture on 1/2 the banana slices and top with the other halves, making banana sandwiches.
3. Place on a wooden cutting board or plate and freeze for 2 hours.
