liver pate

Ingredients

  • 1 lb braunschweiger
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 envelopes onion soup mix
  • 2 tsp worchesterire sauce
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 4 T cold water
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce

Preparation

Step 1

mix braunschweiger with sour cream, soup mix, worchestershire sauce and tabasco. soften gelatin in cold water. heat until gelatin is dissloved and stir in braunschweiger mixture. pour into mild. refrigerate.
