Ingredients

  • 1 jar kalamata olives pitted and rinsed
  • red grapes
  • 3 Tbs olive oil
  • 3 Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tbs fresh thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Fill olive jar with red grapes. Put olives and grapes in baking dish. Mix oil, vinegar and thyme together. Pour over grapes and olives in baking dish and mix together. Bake 350 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Serve with goat cheese on baguette or crackers.
