Ingredients
- 4 packages ramen noodles, seasoning packet discarded
- 3 T. hoisin sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. reduced-sodium soya sauce
- 2 t. oil
- 1 lb pork, chicken, shrimp or small scallops. Slice chicken or pork in bite-size pieces.
- 3 t. oil, divided
- 3/4 c. julienned sweet red pepper
- 3/4 c. halved snow peas
- 2 c. bean sprouts
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1 c. coleslaw mix
- 1 T. chicken base or 1 chicken bouillion cube
- 1 c. hot water

Step 1
1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in small bowl combine hoisin, soya sauce, garlic first amount of oil, chicken base and hot water. Stir til base is dissolved. Set aside.
2. In large non-stick skillet, stir-fry pork (or other protein) in 2 t. oil, 3 minutes or til done. Remove from pan. In same skillet, stir-fry red pepper, peas and onion in remaining oil 3 minutes. Add coleslaw mix and bean sprouts; stir-fry 2 minutes.
3. Stir hoisin sauce mixture and add to skillet. Return pork to pan; heat through. Add noodles and toss to coat.
