Ingredients
- 1 block of paneer, cubed
- 1 cup of green peas
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp tumeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp hot chili powder
- 1 tsp fenugreek leaves
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in oil.
Add tomatoes, cumin seeds, spices, and paneer.
Cook mixture for a few minutes and then add peas and water.
Cover with tight lid and simmer on medium low for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
Garnish with cilantro.
