try this well known butter on meat steaks or fish steaks

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter/margarine, softened
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley (or 3/4 tsp flakes)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and parsley in small bowl. Add lemon juice a few drops at a time creaming after each addition. Mix in pepper. Chill until almost firm. Shape into small log. Roll in waxed paper. Keep chilled. When firm, cut in slices on fish or any steaks.
