Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated pet milk or
- (26 oz. sweet milk - omit water)
- 1 can water
- 1 ½ C. sugar
- 4 T. flour
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 eggs, separated
- ½ C. coconut
- ●Mix all ingredients except for egg whites and cook over medium heat until thick.
- ●Pour into two 9 in. cooked pie crusts.
- ●Beat egg whites and pour over pies.

●Bake in oven until meringue is light brown.
