Longhorn Rub Mix & Tableside Steak Sauce

Ingredients

• PRAIRIE DUST STEAK RUB
• 1 Tbsp. salt
• 1/4 tea. paprika
• 1/4 tea. pepper
• 1/2 tea. onion powder
• 1/2 tea. garlic powder
• 1/4 tea. cayenne
• 1/4 tea. tumeric
• 1/4 tea. coriander
• TABLESIDE STEAK SAUCE
• 8 oz. favorite steak sauce
• 2 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
• 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
• 2 sprigs rosemary
• orange peel

Preparation

Step 1

RUB: combine all

STEAK SAUCE: add garlic and onion in a small nonstick saucepan. Cook until translucent. Add rosemary and orange peel. Add steak sauce and mix together. Allow to warm through and serve.
