Ingredients
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 375 ml confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- food coloring if desired

Step 1
In a large bowl, beat together the vanilla, cream cheese, food dye and confectioners sugar until smooth. Add more confectioners sugar in 2 tbsp increments if you want or need a stiffer or sweeter frosting.
