Melba Sauce

Ingredients

  • 15 oz frozen raspberries, thawed and drained, juice reserved
  • 1 1/4 C raspberry jiuce plus water to make
  • 4 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 T sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine raspberry juice, cornstarch and sugar in saucepan. Heat and stir over medium heat until it boils and thickens. Add raspberries. Blend in blender and strain or force through sieve to remove seeds. Cool . Serve over Peach Melba.
