Pistachio Torte

Ingredients
- First Layer:
- Can substitute lemon, strawberry or chocolate pudding for variety! Best with pistachio or chocolate.
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 stick butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Second layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- Small carton of cool whip
- Third Layer:
- 2 small packages instant Pistachio (or other flavor – use your imagination)
- 2 1/2 cups fat free milk
- th Layer:
- Small carton of wool whip
- Finely chopped walnuts or pistachios

Step 1
Use a 13 x 9 inch glass dish for this so you can see the layers through the glass
First Layer: Mix all ingredients for first layer and press into bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes and cool.
Second layer: Mix all ingredients for second layer together (helps to have a heavy duty mixer). Spread onto cooled bottom layer of Torte.
Third Layer: Beat ingredients for third layer together well and pour over previous layer.
Fourth Layer: Spread cool whip onto third layer, sprinkle with nuts. Chill overnight and serve cold, cutting into
