Sweet Potatoe Souffle

Ingredients

• 1 2 # can of sweet potatoes (Yams) drained and mashed
• 1 t salt
• 1/2 C sugar
• 1/2 C milk
• 1 t vanilla
• 2 Eggs
• 1/3 stick melted butter
• Pecans for top
• Brown sugar for top

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and chopped pecans.

Cook 350 for 35 minutes.
