Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 C chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 19 oz canned tonatoes, with juice, broken up
- 5 1/2 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp dried sweet basil
- 1/4 tsp drie whole oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 C sliced fresh muchrooms
- 1 1/2 T white wine
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add onion and garlic. Saute until soft.
Add next 7 ingrediets. Heat, sitrring often, until boiling.
Boil gently for about 15 minutes.
Add mushrooms. STir together. Boil for 10 minutes.
Stir in wine.
