Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Gelatin
- 1/4 cup Cold Water
- 1/2 cup Boiling Water
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (room temp)
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp White Onion (minced)
- 2 splashes Tabasco Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Sweet Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Dill (washed and chopped very fine)
- 2 cups Poached Salmon (room temp, well flavored and flaked)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (whipped to stiff peaks)

Preparation
Step 1
Soften the Gelatin in the Cold Water. Stir into the Boiling Water and whisk the mixture slowly until the Gelatin is dissolved, remove from heat. In large bowl, mix the Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, Minced Onion, Tabasco, Paprika, Salt, Dill and Flaked Salmon. Temper in the warm gelatin until completely mixed. Fold in the Whipped Cream and transfer into molds. Allow to cool completely before removing from molds, about 4 hours.
