Ingredients
- 1 (17 oz.) Can or 2 Cups Fruit Cocktail (drained)
- 1 (9 oz) pkg. Condensed Mincemeat
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 1/2 Cups Biscuit Mix
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tablespoons Margarine (melted)
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Preparation
Step 1
Drain the fruit cocktail, reserving 1/2 cup of syrup. Mix the drained fruit mincemeat and syrup. Combine the biscuit mix, sugar, margarine and egg; mix until crumbly. Press 1/2 into a 9" x 13" pan (greased). Spread the fruit mixture on top; cover with remaining crumb mixture. Press lightly. Bake at 375° for 30 - 35 minutes. Top with ice cream for serving.
