Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds Unsalted Butter
  • 7 1/2 ounces Sweetex ( if none, increase butter to 3 pounds)
  • 7 1/2 pounds Granulated Sugar
  • 1 2/3 quarts Whole Eggs
  • 2 1/2 ounces Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/2 pounds Cake Flour
  • 3 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 25 ounces Cocoa Powder
  • .6 ounces Baking Powder
  • .8 ounces Salt
  • 2 1/2 pounds Chopped Walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream Butter and Sugar.
2. Add Eggs and Vanilla Extract in 2 stages (not all at once).
3. Add all dry ingredients at once. Mix until smooth.
4. Add Nuts and White Chocolate. Mix until combined.
5. Spread evenly in greased/ parchment/ floured sheet pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes and rotate for 10 more minutes.
