Ingredients
- 1 pkg (335 g) refrigerated fettuccine
- 1 tsp (5 mL) canola oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 lb (125 g) thinly sliced cooked ham, cut into 1/4-inch (6 mm) strips
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Green Giant* Frozen Summer Sweet Peas
- 1/3 cup (75mL) low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) low-fat ranch salad dressing
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) skim milk

Preparation
Step 1
•Cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package.
•In large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion; cook 1 minute. Add ham and peas; cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot.
•Reduce heat to low. Stir in yogurt, dressing and milk. Add fettuccine; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until hot.

Tip: Refrigerated fresh pastas are convenient time-savers because they cook in just minutes. But you can also use 12 oz/335 g dried fettucine; cook as directed on the package.
