Ingredients
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 1/2 Cups Walnut Halves
- Note: Can substitute walnuts with pecans if desired.
Preparation
Step 1
Over medium heat in a medium pot stir together both sugars and sour cream until sugars have melted. Cook to soft ball stage (236 degrees) then stir in Vanilla. Stir until mixture begins to thicken and add nuts. Stir until coated. Spread nuts out onto cookie sheet covered with wax paper and coated in cooking spray. Let cool then break into pieces for serving.
