Easy Homemade Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 12-oz. can of evaporated milk, minus 4 Tbsp.
  • 1 stick of butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 7-oz. bag of shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together and pour into two unbaked pie shells. Bake until firm — about 35 minutes.
