Ingredients

4 # butter [cut into pieces]
2 # Sweetex shortening
2 1/2 # powdered sugar
2 1/2 # Fondant

Preparation

Step 1

Spread shortening around inside of mixing bowl.
Add fondant then sugar and then butter pieces.
Whip with paddle on low for 5 minutes and scrape well.
Then mix on medium for 10 to 15 minutes.
