Ingredients
- • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- • ¾ cup ketchup
- • 1 tbsp. Worcester sauce
- • 1 cup brown sugar
- • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- • 1 clove garlic, minced
- • Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a medium saucepan. Simmer until reduced to one third and coats the back of a wooden spoon and sticks.
Baste meat in the last half hour of cooking and barbecue.
