Ingredients
- 1 ham
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 onion
Preparation
Step 1
Score fat on 4 pounds ready-to-eat ham and stud with cloves; place on rack in pressure cooker.
Combine 1 cup water and ¼ cup brown sugar, pour over ham.
Add a sliced onion.
Cook 20 minutes at 10 pounds pressure. Let pressure drop of its own accord.
Serve hot or cold.
