Beansprout Saute

Ingredients

  • 1 T sweet butter
  • 12 oz fresh beansprouts
  • 2 t garlic salt
  • 2-3 T sake (or rice vinegar)
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 1 t fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in skillet, add beansprouts. Sprinke with garlic salt and pepper. Mix an cover for 90 seconds. Add sake and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle with pepper. Serve immediately.
